A wash removes dirt and grime for regular upkeep. A polish restores shine and removes minor scratches. A coating gives long-lasting protection and makes the bike easier to clean.

Each level includes the one before it: every polish starts with a full wash, and every coating starts with a full wash and a 2-step machine polish.

It depends on what you need: basic washing, polishing or ceramic coating. For the best results and protection, we’ll always recommend ceramic coating.

Yes. All our packages are suitable for any surface: PPF, vinyl, gloss, carbon, hydro dip, matte and more. Each surface gets its own chemical protection.

Yes. Every class of motorcycle, from 2B to Class 2, chain-driven or chainless.

No. Drop your bike off and come back after the stated time.

If a slot shows two staff members, you can book two bikes in it with two different detailers. Otherwise, book back-to-back slots, say 1 pm and 2 pm, one for each bike.

If it’s raining 45 minutes before your appointment, you can ask to postpone. Each booking can be postponed up to two times, weather included.

Yes, with at least 72 hours’ notice, up to two postponements per booking. Packages of two hours or more can’t be cancelled.

Yes, a deposit secures your slot. Deposits are non-refundable, and a late cancellation, or turning up more than 15 minutes late, can forfeit it.

Payment is due when the job’s done. We take debit and credit cards, PayNow/PayLah and bank transfer.
