- Raining 45 minutes before your slot? You can ask to postpone.

- More than 15 minutes late and we may have to release the slot.

- Pay when the job’s done: card, PayNow/PayLah or bank transfer.

- WhatsApp photos within 24 hours of your service. If there’s clear evidence we missed something, we’ll redo or refund that part.
